2. Services Provided
TY Town n Country Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services in Town n Country, FL, and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, pool decks, and decorative concrete work.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and unforeseen circumstances. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typical terms include a deposit upon contract signing and final payment upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our work with warranties on workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
7. Property Access and Preparation
Clients must provide clear access to work areas and ensure utilities are marked prior to excavation work. The client is responsible for removing personal items from work areas and ensuring pets are secured during work hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
TY Town n Country Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
